Chardonnay Village is governed by a Homeowners Association (HOA).
Before buying or renting, prospective residents should familiarize themselves of the Rules and Regulations, the By-laws, and the Bulletin/Alerts before
agreeing to sign a contract.  These can be found on the tabs to the left of this page. Additionally, relators must inform prospective buyers of the dues and assessments which are in effect now.  Dues and assessments are subject to change annually.
 
Dogs cannot be more than 30 pounds when fully grown and must be on-leash whenever they are not in the unit or patio of their owner.
Cats must remain in the unit or patio of the owner and are not permitted to roam in the common areas.
                                                              
      Realtors and Brokers 
Homeowners, Leases, Future Homeowners, and Future Leasers
all need to read the Chardonnay Village
Rules and Regulations, Bylaws, and Bulletins/Alert sections
located on specific tabs at the left top section of this page.
 
CVCA will enforce these and no exceptions will be acceptable.
 
There is a $75.00 fee for completing all real estate questionnaires.
